Default diff setup for mtx4r

whats the best overall diff setup for any track conditions? 10/10 10/30 10/50
30/30 30/50 30/100 50/50 or 50/100. right now i have my car setup 50/100
i am in the process of building a few different front and rear diff setups. another question i see a lot of top drivers don't use the blade type rear anti roll bar most stick with the bar type. can i get some insight on this ?

You will received many answers ans suggestions.

For my home tracks :

Small and technical : 10k Front / 30k Rear ( more steering )

Wide Open with fast sweeper : 20k, 30k Front / 30k Rear ( neutral ).

I guess the blade type anti roll bar is too stiff for mtx4's rear stabilizer.
