Can the 1/8 2 speed one way remove?

I search thru the web, only found the one way removal for helicopter, the one way ID is 10mm. Any idea/tool can remove the HF0812 one way from the 2 speed housing? Thx!

My Dad actually made me a tool for this process. He is a fitter and turner by trade though. I know that doesn't help you but the point is it can be done.

yes a too is on the market by ybslow to remove the two speed oneway and replace it
