No spec tire. For touring you will prolly run 35 - 40's. Maybe have a set of 42 rears if it gets into the mid 90's for the rear.
Thanks Jeff!

Default tires

Whatever tires you need the hobby shop has accounts with serpent america,Mugen, and RC america. If you contact Scott at the hobby shop he will get whatever tires you need.I am pretty sure MR. Desoto from Serpent will be at this race so there should be no problem for parts or tires. The shop does not have alot of Mugen parts,I race Mugen and I would be more than happy to help out if I can.JOHN MULLEN

I've heard plenty of good things about this race.
I believe I will check into attending the race this year. Now that Nuggets Ranch Raceway is done the summer is a bit more open this year.

We are staying at the Joliet Hampton Inn at I80 and I55. There are several hotels right in that area. This hotel is 15 minutes from the track. Itís that far only because you have to wind around on a few roads to get to the track. Anyone thinking of making this race I recommend it. It's one of our favorites. Well Run program and the indoor pits cannot be beat.

Thanks Jeff! I assume this is where the majority of racers will stay?

This is the area we usually stay for this race. Many others do also. One exit east on I80 from I55 are several more hotels as I remember. Red Roof Inn comes to mind among others at that exit. Some locals can probably be more precise.

(815)-729-2800. Guys don't wait last minute to reserve a room. There's a HUGE paintball tournament nearby and rooms are going fast!
