new YOKOMO gas Car???????

Whats the deal? Has anybody heard or seen anything on the new yokomo gas car. Please post any info you find here!

well actaully i used to be a spon. yokomo driver...and like tossolini i too am no longer going to run the gt4...the gt6 is being used and is in a prototype state...it has faired well but i am no longer waiting for its release...who knows i amy go back to yokomo but not unitl i can at least smell the package...it has been way tooooo long for the new release...

i have a ton of yokomo cars and parts that i am going to sell tons of team stuff...but i have decided to run the MTX3 it was either that or the fwo5...

just spoke to some one that gave me a release date unofficially of june 2005... i am not sure because this is the same source that gave me a date of may 2004....

Well, I remember when the rumour about the 710. It started like a year before we finally saw the kit.

I think Yokomo do not intend to set back and let the GT4 rot. A new car is abound to come, its just a matter of when. In the meantime, they'll lose customers but with them doing well in the EP world I guess they don't mind too much?!

I heard Masami has driven a prototype and it looks promising. The motor is angled, the servos are lay down, that's all I've heard.

Default I gave up already.....

I have waited too long and have fallen love with mugen already...
Yokomo's new car need to be really good in order to bring all the yokomo fans back...most of whom have switched the car already....

I agree. My Yok has been shelved, but in favor of a Kyosho. Unless its amazing, I won't go back.

Yeah, mee too. Since coming up with Yoke parts is just as hard as keeping them from breaking, I shelved them too, both the racer and the practice car ........I am looking at the R40 to buy when I get back to the states....

there IS a new car on the way. I don't have any info on it but I spoke with yokomo usa last week and while the project did get shelved for a bit so they could concentrate on other projects, the new gas car is in the works.
