Kyosho v-one rrr

Guys, I got to try out the new 4mm shock tower from Skyline Racing today and I'm very happy with it. Sturdy, mounts perfectly and the 2 optional holes help in tuning although I didn't use it today. It's similar to the Kyosho shock tower used at the IFMAR Worlds only 1.5mmm thicker in construction. This is one of the only few hop-ups neccessary for the car.

JR sucks in the servo department. Both of my JR servos burned out, and it was set up right. Go for either Hitec, Futuba or KO propo servos.

KO 2143 been using this as steering servo eversince they came out so probably like 3~4yrs now
Futaba 9451 both steering and throttle on my MRX havent had any problem since day one
Hitec, I have used Hitec servos on my 5th before, 1/4 scale for steering, High Torque for throttle and front hydralic brakes, the one for hydralic burnt out once, but it was my bad, epa wasnt set up right but Hitec warranty is very good, I just sent it in and fix it for me no question asked!

Gear set part # VZ012, Bevel Shafts part# BS107,Diff Joint (19)part # VZ218, O-Rings Part # VZW020-01, 5.8mm flange balls...the ones used on the shocks, part # VZ225

I just got all the parts that you asked me to order. But i Think it is missing the cup/ housing. do you think it will be same as the v one rr ? I hope coz i got a spare one of those lying around.
At the Kyosho world cup i saw some of the rubber tyre users here they were putting a paste on the top of their brand new tyres. Would you know what that is and what it does.. I guesss its extra grip or long life for the 20 min. qualifying....

Should check if you are allowed to use it as it is banned in UK and Euro events on IC cars.

Anybody know what online HK shops have the 15,16 and 17t first gears in stock for the RRR?

just a heads up...
In the Febuary issue of Radio Control Car Action, they finally review the RRR and give it excellent ratings. Those interested should check out the article.
