Why not spend $30 more for a WC kit? If you're already set on getting the car and ready to pay that kind of money I don't see why you wouldn't get the WC instead.

At any rate the regular can be had for cheap(relatively) too. $280

And knowing the way GP is it will probably be 2 years from now. Anyone notice that they have already discontinued about half the parts for the RRR.

I didn't notice that. I'm going to check right now. I get the parts I need from www.japan-rc.com. I see him at the track a lot and he has EVERYTHING for the car.

Just checked the site. Could this be the first sign of the rumoured Kyosho and Great Planes split? I HOPE SO!

Hey Peter I heard glitching killed your RRR. How's the damage?

Yeah, so far it's the chassis and fuel tank. It went half throttle into that hole at the end of the straght. Going to fix it on friday. I narrowed the problem down to two things, you tell me which you think is more likely to be the cause.

1) I cleaned the bearings out last time and just light oil and maybe the oil dried up so now the bearings are making electrical noise. The outer hub bearings were in pretty bad shape when I rebuilt them and they weren't that smooth afterwards.

2) It ran fine Thursday night during testing but come Sunday I put my PT in the car. I've heard of other people having problems with PT related glitching. Eric from SoCal also glitched that same day.

I'm going to get that Yokomo Noise Killer Set. I hope that sh*t works or else I can't afford to race!

I don't think it's the bearing. I hear glitching with the M8 here and there. I think you should just run the KO stuff.

BTW, my FW05R was dialed Saturday night. I am going to try running that car again.

Dude, the radio is brand new! I just want to run the KO for electric. It just feels more suited to electric for me. If all else fails I will go back to it.
