Default l collari engines

Hi

Just wanted some advice from you guys if anyone has used the L collari 12 aac engines on their RRR..

This engines comes in 3 port and 5 port. I emailed werksracing and they claim that the 3 port is generating 1.6hp and the 5port is generating in excess of 1.75 hp...

I just wanted to know how this engine is and would it hold up in a hot climate........

cheers
ziizo

I'd also like to know the same thing. I'm wondering what the difference is between the L.Collari and the Sirio EVO 2 besides the different material for the sleeve.

Too bad you wont be around for the Enduro. But if plans change, try to run it for it should be another good one. At the moment, we have Francis Mejia, Jose Casas, Alex Navarette and myself in one team.

We will all be using the same V one RRR Car which I have been using. I guess we'll all find out if this RRR will stand 6 straight hours of racing (not to mention the mileage it already has on it). Lets hope we can keep it running in one piece.
Hey that is a great team! You guys better win! I thought they allow 2 cars as the battery won't last that long. The RRR is sturdy enough but make sure you have the aluminum brake holder (I am sure you do) and get a good soldering job on that fuel tank!

People are claiming they are melting or wearing out the hole for the attaching pin.

Joe, it's an upgrade, but may not be necessary unless you run long heats with lots of braking. It is heavier than the stock plastic one so I wouldn't put it on unless it's necessary. I brought it up because jwf-ronni is running a 6 hour endurance race and the aluminum brake holder would hold up better.
