Are you using one-way, spool or diff? What diff oil front and rear? What tires?

Gday fellas I am looking to upgrade in a few weeks to a new car/chassis and a going to buy the RRR. Have a few questions here if you dont mind. First one is the clutch. I have read the kit comes with 3d clutch but many are recommending the new 2D. Class I am racing at moment is restricted power class limited to motors such as OS.12 CVR and the Nova/Top CX12, OS TG .12 etc. Question is would the 2D clutch be of benefit in a lower horsepower motor or is it more suited for faster motors.

Also can you run a side exhaust in this car without modifying anything if you use the S3 side exhaust manifold.?

One more the new wce evo has the receiver mounted on the side, anyone had any problems with this in a crash. Does anyone relocate it if its possible to keep it out of harms way. Thanks

Exclamation JP Raceway in Philippines

For my fellow Filipino nitro racers. Does anyone know the address for JP Raceway in the Philippines? I'm currently back home in the Philippines and would like to check out the track.

Thanks.

I can't answer your question regarding the side exhaust but I have so info on your other questions.

Regarding the clutch, I would say the less power the engine makes, the more critical the clutch setting becomes. Use the 2d clutch. I noticed a pretty big difference between the 2d (using 4 flyweights) and the 3d. If you are running in low traction conditions, you may be OK with the 3d but I definitely liked the 2d better.

Before I came over to Kyosho I ran for Mugen which mounts the receiver on the side just like the Evo Wce that I have now. In almost 3 years I have not had a receiver damaged. If it makes you feel better, you can mount the Mugen receiver cover on your Kyosho. This will offer some protection, but makes it a small pain to change frequencies if you are using crystals.

Thanks Scott, I have spektrum micro receiver so looking at pics of the new car I might be able to mount it on the top deck above the steering servo with some double sided tape or whatever. I will see how it goes when I get the car.

Someone has a hard-on for me, I guess. Appearantly, "sour grapes" and immaturity don't mix well. Don't worry. They'll either get bored or get a life. Either way, I win.
