I would recommend starting with the stock WCE setup. That is what I ran at the last state race there. Where I go from there depends upon the traction.

For a standard RRR or WCE you might give this list a once over.

Thank you for your helpful site. A very detail table for this new player (me)
They are the most common used optional parts, aren't they?

It's hard to say how commonly used these parts are, as the input came from the small group of RRR racers that hang out in this forum - but as indicated in the published version, there had to be some concurrence from other drivers that the part has some merit.

If you are new to the RRR/WCE, you may want to race your car stock for a while and slowly try different things based on what you think your requirements are. Some people have very little or no upgrades at all, while some upgrade everything. Some of the upgrades may compensate for deficiencies in your setup, driving or tuning - or give you more tuning options, but they are not magic bullets.

The thread I initially started on the "Ultimate Edition" has some really interesting exchanges. If you have the time, you should read through it.

If you haven't already done so, read the first few pages in the published specification. I think it will also give you some things to think about.

Never really came across someone having that problem before. Replace the ball ends for sure. Were they just coming off by themselves or did you crash?

How exactly are you using the plastic ties???

hello

we found out some very nice alternatives in order to extend the life of some
high wear items used on the kyosho RRR, such as unis, diff cups, and pnions
anyonw interested can pm me since I have pics to explain better how to
use them
of course this involves using alternatives from kyosho and differente manufacturers,

happy racing

hey mate
yeh this was happening during crashes (my fault) the track i was at has some hard boards around it.

i seam to have fixed this problem by putting new balls on. the plastic eye ends click on really tight now with some force. the others would clip on real easy.

i run a front diff so i have to sand down the eye parts a bit so they clear the dff case that i have also grinded down.

ill see how this goes and feedback
