I would advise to go for a new engine. (Keep the heat shink or other non wearing parts for spare) If you would to get back the part tat was dmg n fix it back to ur engine, there are few points to note; i.e ur crankcase has already worn off slightly unless it is still new when u broke e shaft. Puting back a new shaft will create further wearing of ur crankcase that will widen the shaftcase. However, I can't garantte that it just my mechanical terms.

Maybe some1 would like to give more suggestion

The front is too hard compared to the back. I'll explain.

As the weight transfers over when turning the front will load up quicker than the back. The back will have to roll more to get the same grip and looses traction before the outside wheel can bite.

Soften the front and increase the roll bar.
Increase the rear springs and increase the rear shock oil
Stand the rear shocks up to the top

You might find you will loose mid corner steering so soften the front roll bar to compensate if you have gone too far.

Cheers

Cheers
Hi I'm also facing this problem. What do u mean by soften? To lengthen the suspension? Is it the roll bar (red box) u refering?

you are correct on this, i had run about 5-6litrs untill now i don't know if these are enough - little or a lot the price for the new item is about 120E and the new engine costs about 300.. and if going for a new engine the question is what engine i always had the idea that novarossi are good engines, i still think of the same thing.. i suppose that the damage was more like an accident rather than a bad engine. i don't know anyway..

Change the springs to soften the suspention. Gold springs are hard, Black medium and silver soft. If you change the springs you need to change the weight of the oil. 35wt is medium 20 wt soft 50wt hard OK.

Default front solid axle ?

ive seen a few front rigid axles lately

1. a plastic one like on the v-one s3
2. 3 racing have one that uses rubber bands that hold the pins in
3. the original diff case with the plastic centre.

what have you guys found to be the best?
i have number 3 now but was thinking the rotating mass is too much ?

Ok then. Long time i didn't try diff out front. I believe the handling will also affected by the track traction condition. But in my normal understanding heavier front diff will make you car understeer off power. U have to test the combination to get the correct combo for you track traction.
Front/Rear
50K/30K
30K/10K
10K/7K

Hope others can share more.

Default leaky shocks

regarding the rrr shocks? I seam to forever be having a problem with them leaking from around the top around the black shock cap that connects to the ball end.

i tried tamiya bladders and it helped. ive just purchased new kyosho bladders and lined the inside of the cap with grease this is the best i could get it.

what am i doing wrong ?
