i find with my camber angle of about 3.5 degrees my car works best

thanks
Hey mrsgr,

I had the same problem and also run a 3.5 camber on my car. Have a look at what I did with the extra link ends that come in your kit.

Cut off about 3mm on the longer link ends and thread them right in. I still get up to 5 deg camber if ever I wanted, but now have a reinforced arm.

Hope this info helps.

Dom

my rear roll centre is set to the standard one upside down so its slightly lower than standard. I took both the spacers off under the outside link and this actually gave thecar more side bite and thats what im after

Cheers, Mark.

the smaller the number will give you more off power steering but the car tends to be more twitchy on the straights. the bigger the number will give you more stable car on the straights but less off power steering (more understeer).
(somebody correct me if i'm wrong pls)

No probs mrgsr! Your timing could not have been better.

When I lost a race only last weekend because of a tap from another car that broke this link arm, I vowed never to let this happen again. This is how I view all my mistakes in RC. (Never again)

The threads on the stock link ends were bearly holding so a slight tap in the right position and POP!!!!

Glad to help.

Yes, it's able to support your RX and servo but the question is how is it going to fit on your RRR (assuming that is the car the battery is going on).

when running on a track with a hell whole lot of traction, i could only assum a brand new asphault track, run 50k (or drag racing, but then you would probably want to lock the rear diff up.. but i dont know a whole lot about that since i never drag race before). a track with good traction run 30k. and a track with low traction run 10k.

the difference is when cornering, a lighter oil lets the rear tires counter rotate allowing for better drivability on low traction.

the drawback is that the car will have less acceleration coming out of the turn.

Default re-motor

I have a question...I currently have a rrr with a .12 OS TZ. Our track is tight and twisty and i was looking at getting a motor with a bit more punch in it. Im looking at getting an Novarossi Rex RER12. Any thoughts if this will be much of an improvement. Also... what motor do you guys recomend.
