RC_Alan,
Are these the part numbers for the shocks you are using.
#903164 Shock absorber set RCC FR (2)
#903165 Shock absorber set RCC RR (2)

Any additional parts required.

Both are Fantom REAR springs? Something for me to try out, the varieties of spring rates offered for the RRR is not quite enough to my liking...

You meant the cost? The currency exchange should be in your favour, furthermore there's a way called "car-pool"? But yea, understood, it's really a bit too far. Pity those SG G4 guys that made the trip up to KL last time around, too bad the race got rain-washed.

Depends on your driving style and track requirements, basically 0 degree gives you more off-power steering, 2 degree gives you more on-power steering.

I have not heard anything about a new car from Kyosho. I would not think a new 1/10 scale would be a priority for them as the RRR WCE is considered one of the best cars available. Just look at the MTX-4... it looks a lot like the RRR and I'm guessing the new Serpent will as well.

Just my opinion...

That's it... You would install them like any other shock... They're pre-assemble, all you have to do is add your shock oil... Oh, the rear shocks are a tad bit longer then the fronts, so you'll have to use the Serpent springs in the rear...

Very true... but no car is perfect out the box... No car... But the RRR is close!!! I just happen to have the RCC shocks laying around... Sold the 710, kept the shocks... Cost me $100.00 for the set of front and rear, the best in the RC business... Had to use them on the RRR...
