Smaller Spur = taller gear ratio = higher top speed for larger tracks

Default clutch problem

guys, why does my clutch is engagin too late? it needs a high rpm to let the car going. even if i had adjusted the clutch to engage early, (literally clutch to bell) but when i started it, the clutch setting will go back to the late engagement.

sounds like you need to adjust the clutch spring, manual says to tighten it to 1.2mm or there abouts from memory. i found this was making my engine engage at like half RPM. adjust this nut to somewhere between 0.8~1.0mm or until you get your engine to engage at better rpm.

josh cyrul a kyosho factory driver has some articles on nitro car tips. load up the centrifugal clutch assembly and tuning 101 and have a read or print it out for future reference.
