You mean that when you start with 2mm, you end with almost 1mm. Because this is what happens with mine. Therefore, I am thinking to use softer front tires. What do you think?

Guys, there's a good article written by Julius Kolff about the usage of different tyre spilts on the mytsn website.

It's regarding the 710, but you'll also find the info useful.

The 21T side pulley that Julius is refering to requires a 3mm front to rear split to get minimal overdrive at the front. Like Jas was saying for the RRR, I also find that a 2mm split (i.e. more front overdrive, approx 3%) with the 710 is better to drive.

Default excessive rear camber and still get positive camber wear on tyres ??

hey guys

im having a slight problem with my rear camber settings.
im using about -4 degrees on the rear camber and my tyres are still wearing on the outer edges.

im using the stock car setup except for a few changes:
front silver springs
rear black springs
rear silver sway bar
37 shore tyres all round.

what could be somthing that im not doing wrong ? or something to look for

Yes, I noticed the smaller split too. A solid axle is better on a flowing track; the car is more stable. The oneway is better when you need the car to rotate quicker around tight corners.

What tool are you using to measure the camber? There is no reason to stop adding camber if your tires are still coning the wrong way. I would first make sure the rear end is okay(nothing broken or out of spec), measure the camber again to see if it changed, then drive and add camber till I get the proper tire wear.

Where's the best place to get Kyosho parts online ?

We don't have a lhs that stocks Kyosho parts.

Try rc-toro and ace. They both have a lot kyosho parts. rc-toro has lower prices, but ace has kyosho buggy also

what sort of roll center are you running on the rear, if you use the lower position this gives a lot less camber change which maybe your problem, i generally run 2nd highest position, with a 3mm shim under the camber link on top of the hub, and usually get away with 3 degrees camber and 1 degree camber cut into the tyre

Ziggy i didn't suffer any understeer at tibby running the solid, the 180 deg backed bend you could run round flat out and still take a tight line, and even the tight corner into race control not a hint of under steer but could hit the brakes as hard as you like.
