FW05 for Rubber racing (not aggresive enough for foams)
RRR for Foam racing (too nervous on Rubbers)
Both cars are still in use but used in different classes.
RRR give adrenalin rush.
FW05 is relaxing to drive.

freefallmarine,

I would the Battery Pack that Skyline Racing makes. (14000 Mah Flat Pack)

http://www.skylinercracing.com/store/C_24.htm

Never ever had any issues with it. And will definitely last you even thru a 1 hour race. Hope this helps.

NiMo: You think even with the Rubber edition RRR the FW would still be better?

Yeah, I know Atomic carries the Skyline Products.

On the purpose built tracks we have here in the UK yes.
From what I've seen of Parking Lott tracks (not race on one since KWC Hawaii 1999) you'll need a quick turning car so maybe the RRR on Rubber would be the choice.

Marco..that's to take away front traction. We used that to help with traction roll.

Hey Joe, did you have fun at the Nats?

Some people also do that to their front tire here at Revelation to avoid traction roll. I haven't tried it as the most I had to do was to run 45 front.
