pros and cons of Fwo5 and Vone rrr. Thinking of getting a VoneRRR WC and wanted to know how it compares to the shafty. I currently have a NTC3, but I want to actually run competitivly so I was thinking of getting a new ride. Still thinking of the Mugen Prospec as well.

I have both the FW05RR and the RRR. RRR works better 80% of the time.

It's really hard to see, it's only by feeling, but I tight them little more and it feels good now.
I think that the bulkhead and the diff are really close.

They are close but definitely not touching. Mine has about 1mm of gap at the closest point.

this might sound inappropriate... but hey, no offense...just that i encountered this problem too.

I used the wrong screw when i built the diff. Used 3mm instead of 2.6mm

maybe you have mistakenly put the wrong screws too?

Having raced a Factory Team NTC3 prior to getting the RRR i really do favour the RRR.
Its much more durable than the FT NTC3, and its very easy to work on......I especially like how accessible the two speed is ( no more having to lift diff cases/bearing caps/remove drive shafts etc as per NTC3), and its also a one minute job to access the clutch area of the RRR.
In terms of performance, running at my local track the RRR is near 1 sec per lap faster than the FT NTC3 using exactly the same engine
Cheers
