Default WOS steering blocks


at first I want to introduce myself, because I'm new here:

my name is Christoph and (my user-name is already saying it) I'm coming from Austria. I hope you all will understand me because especially my written English is not very good .

now my question:

what exactly is the difference on the 950s standard and the WOS steering blocks. Yes, I know that the offset is the difference, but what is the difference in the cars handling?
