RPM set-up gauges

Recently bought a couple of items off a guy that was getting out the hobby, he threw in quite a bit of freebies, two items were some plastic gauges by Rpm, one i know is a camber gauge, the other i have no idea, its plastic, long and slids in to make it shorter and out to make it longer, anyone have an idea what this thing is and how u use it?
