Default 2nd gear motor pinion on V-ONE-R

22 teeth pinion have the same diameter as pinion 21 and same dia as 20 teeth on the V-One -R.

Kyosho said the advantage is u don't need to space the engine to accommondate different pinion's size. However this is my questions -

If they are the same diameter on all the second gear's pinion, don't they travel the same distance per Rev .!!!! Need help.

then using 20 or 22 teeth would be the same speed

you should work on ratio rather then roll out !! roll out is the tire size only !

It is right if you are using a flat belt and pulley system. That's when the diameter is used to calculate the ratio. But we're using gears here, and the number of teeth is of concern, not the diameter...

But Kyosho made more teeth on the same pinion just

with finer pitch.

Is 64 pitch 30 teeth quicker than a 48 pitch 29 teeth engine [email protected]@@


I will make some track testing next week to see
