I had been running a MG Zs, on our track that has just been laid out different, ie slippery as hell, but as the grip has come up, it has too much DF. I also like the Losi Alfa, and the Mazda 6, it really performs well.

i run the stratus 2.0 right now. i also like the 2.1 but for my track the 2.0 works better. i have not gotten a chance to try the 6 yet. but am going to buy 1 before the vegas race and debut it there. i will also have a 2.1 painted up in race trim for that race. my new sponser is my dad who runs a troubled youth home.

they will be painted up pretty nice to get max publicity.

I'm confused... The Stratus 2.0 is meant for 190 mm (electric) while the 2.1 is meant for the 200 mm (nitro).

no, the stratus 2.0 is the older style stratus(lower downforce-higher wing). the 2.1 is newer style stratus(higher downforce-lower wing). look at the pro line/protoform website. you should see them there.

No, the 2.0 is a 190mm part and the 2.1 is a 200mm part. From the protoform website:

Dodge Stratus 2.0 190mm Part #1449-00
Dodge Stratus 2.1 200mm Part #1450-00

The older model has no version number attached to it.

The older model provides good downforce both on slow technical tracks as well as fast open circuits. The newer model has better aerodynamics and is therefore good for fast open circuits, but for slow technical tracks, it doesn't provide as much downforce as the original.

Cheers, Mark.

I think D is right.

Protoform was the first to bring the new-style Dodge Stratus sedan to R/C World with the introduction of the 190mm Stratus 2.0. In its first official national event, Barry Baker raced a 2.0 to a TQ and national title victory at the 2002 ROAR On-Road Nationals in Denver. It has already become the choice of many top racers around the globe.

It seemed only natural to bring this high-performance body style to the 200mm gas powered racers. Protoform is introduces the Stratus 2.1 200mm sedan body. With great styling and unparalleled downforce and balance, it is sure to enhance the speed of any gas-powered sedan. As usual, the body comes with window masks, a large add-on spoiler and hardware, as well as protective film and a detail sticker sheet.

The Stratus 2.0 and 2.1 conform to all ROAR and IFMAR specs.

Dodge Stratus 2.0 190mm Part #1449-00
Dodge Stratus 2.1 200mm Part #1450-00
