This is my last BMT that i built. Actually built out of 50% new spares and 50% refurbished parts. Cant even remember where the engine came from. If anyone has information on this engine that will be appreciated. Also anyone wanting BMT parts i have a lot.

Nice build Puff. You have the most unique vintage models I have seen. Are you here in the States or overseas?

Thanks NytroNutz...I'm in South Africa

Hi there,
New to this world. My brother in law passed away and he collected all things vintage in this hobby area. We have several body/decal kits, some of little value, but I ran across three shells I believe might be of value to some of the folks on this forum. A Nostalgic Series Porsche 906 Carrera 6, and 2 Touring Series or PureTen? body/decal sets, the BP Oil Porsche Turbo and the BMW 320i, all still in their boxes. Please forgive my ignorance in this area, but we are trying to be sure all the items in this collection go to true vintage collectors and not someone simply trying to get a deal. I had one guy offer $10 each for the shells/decals, but there is no way I am doing that. Can anyone help with true value of these shells? He had over 150 1:8, 1:10 shells by the way, so we are just getting started. He had sets upon sets of tires, wheels, engines, gears, and right down to screw sets for these cars. We are overwhelmed. Also, please forgive me if I am not doing this incorrectly, this is my first post so feel free to correct me.

Puff! You have the cleanest most unique vintage rides I have ever seen. Did you paint the engine head header and pipe yourself? Looks awesome. I use engine paint on those surfaces but I never thought of using white. What is the length of your belt pulled tight from end to end. I have a few

Nitronutz, thanks so much for the kind words. I had it powder coated by a company we use for our work. Its a awesome process and the finish is superb

All I can say Puff is that you are hands down the King of restoration. I love the attention to detail even down to the cone washers the air and fuel filters you must have access to a machine shop. You truly have a one of a kind collection and Ive been involved with RC since 1988 so I have seen it all.. you must have an RC vault that you can crank out all of these masterpieces. Hats off to ya Puff! These are truly pieces of art.
