Gonna drive it on the street and the front one way/ rear brake only is not a good idea lol

That's the problem I can't find part numbers for it. Can't even find a manual online for the vector. I found a scanned version but no part numbers for the receiver and battery mount. I will post pics soon.
In the mean time here's a serpent impulse connverted to impact/835

It looks like you have a .21 size pipe there. It may interfere with your steering tie-rods. If you can find a size .15 pipe it will fit better. I have 3 235mm cars: Serpent 835, Mugen K2, Picco Integra so I have faced that dilema.

As far as manuals go the absolute best place to find any manual online is on the CompetitionX website. Here is a link

http://www.competitionx.com/pdf/vehi...-nt-manual.pdf

You can download any of these manuals free of charge.

Your part numbers for the Vector NT:
Receiver Mount - 901161
Battery Mount - 901165

The Vector 99 has different part numbers

Default SERPENT IMPULSE CONVERTED IMPACT/835

Here's my Serpent Impulse converted to Impact/835
solid rear & solid front, still trying to find the best long front dog bones for wider stance, using the kyosho ones for now and its binding on full steering.

Still debating on paint, kinda looks good like this LOL

and yes, thats an 18tz !

I will check my stock of Serpent parts. I can also probably make one from aluminum if I have the dimensions of the distance between holes and width of the opening. I made some battery hold downs for my Kyosho Lazer ZX see below

Amazing man. How much would that be? Orncarbon fiber ? Then that means I need a nut and screw to bolt it in.

Now I'm thinking if I really need it. Just for restoring it to original. Or I can just double side tape a Lopo on the chassis 🤔

If all you are going to do is run the car then You can cut any piece of rigid plastic or carbon fiber to length and drill a couple of holes and secure with electrical tape.

If you want to restore it for show or sale that's a different thing
