I think there are 2 kind of JP fx. how much did you get the engine?

That's not the stock version. The stock one doesn't have a black case and the sleeve doesn't have the groove by the transfer port. It also says FX12 T-03S on the box.

Just to let you guys know that Mike Swuager at mugen racing was cool and said to send it back to look at the motor so they can make a decision on what to do. I was worried but I will send it back to them. To bad I will not have a chance to run this motor at the Sedan Nats.

why does it look like someone had channelocks on the cyl fins?......

and the carb screws look pretty worn...

That's what I was thinking also fastharry. Is there anyway you can take a pix of the crank pin and crank ? If not, its kewl.
