You could try the associated website they might have a TC3 car standard setup sheet. You could then fine tune the car toward your driving style. Or simply ask some guys at an RC weekend, with TC3's. Where are you situated at ?

These guys are right, there are some setup sheets at the AE site:

teamassociated.com/setupsheets/NTC3/

And they also have a gearing guide here:

teamassociated.com/pdf/cars_and_trucks/shared/2382_ntc3_gearing.pdf

Sorry I can't post the direct URL as I don't have enough posts yet.

I also have a NTC3 and it is a lot of fun - I love how easy it is to get parts!

Drag racing ? TC3 ? Is that a normal car to drive for drag racing ?
I suggest again you ask some guys with experience of this type of racing. But basically I guess most power is needed with least weight and least friction caused will supposedly let the car reach highest speed. Set the car up on camber/toe gauges if these are available, set the car with 0 degrees of things like toe/caster. Also lower ride hight to minimum to make car as slippy as possible. But I obviously don't know enough about the requirements needed in dragracing to offer advise. hope it helps a little.
