If you ask me their service is pretty good, fast response and very good pricing.

Marc (the owner) is a good guy to deal with, so I'm pretty amazed you had these bad experiences.

@ T. Senna

I've send you a PM with the owner's contact details. I'm pretty sure this can be resolved asap.

Yes, the same good experience here. Yesterday he was at the track to bring some racers the tires they phoned him that day. So i think it has slipped his attention. He will attend you now I think. Will tell him when i see him, about this. Hope, and aspect, that it will be resolved soon for you. Email him again about the issues.

Hi,
the same problem for me....

I tried [email protected] & [email protected]

I ordered on 2010-12-29 & I wrote them several times to ask them what was happening, no communication from them, it is not very happy when the PayPal account is debited in the amount required [€ 185.89], but before the shipment, which is inconceivable in exports. In short, you say that the boss is serious, friendly & helpful .... 15 days ago I still believed, but now I seriously doubt it.

Single response 2011-01-14 from M.P.M. Meijer :
"I'm waiting for 1 article maybe it come in today. I ship to you today, when the part is not it will be shipped later."

His website is definitely not updated, most products are represented but most are in stock for 2 or 3 years for some parts T1Raycer, which is logical given the XRay situation.

I hope that somebody here can bring me its precious help about this site which, set apart this 'small' problem of communication, seems to me excellent ; )

Excuse my broken English, best regards,
Ktl

The problem is that the products I ordered, if XRay does not make them any more for four years
[I took care to contact them before making my request to ABC-RC], I do not see how he could have
these products definitely Out of Stock in the world & therefore does not he just send the rest, it will never do,
it's a évidence. ABC-RC does not respond to messages that I send, that Whether on his mailbox or directly via the contact
form on his website.... It's really so complicated for so little.

this shop has build a good name with his support and service to us racers.
If you have an issue, get in contact with him and resolve it. I think this topic needs to be closed, as some people who read it can get the wrong impression.

Again, do it by phone ore otherwise but not here. We already told you guys that he is an ok guy.

I just had a guy from France order new bodies from my shop.

He explicitely wanted the new ones with EFRA numbers.

I told him, that he would have to wait 2 weeks before they would be available.

This guy bombarded me with 3-5 e-mails every day, wanting to know if his bodies were already here.

Even after I sent him the tracking number, he sent me two more mails asking the same

Worst thing is that he neither speaks English, let alone German, so he shot all his mails through an on-line translator.
The results were ridiculous

Maybe I just lock my shop for French customers, since you are such an impatient bunch

Oh, btw, I once ordered in France... took forever.

You'll tell me what you'll want, you'll say what you'll want,
you do what you want. I asked a simple question, you answer me off-topic,
close this topic, it will close the discussion once and for all, nothing no use to dwell for 3 months.

I finally filed a complaint tonight against the unscrupulous manager, I sent 5 emails in 3 months,
oh ok I'm just eager to add more French on your long blacklist of people not disrespectful because
I'm not American English , German or something else ????? Lol, you make me laugh softly ....

But I respect your words anyway. This is not the problem.

A person claiming a manager, whatever needs to manage, not "making fun of the mouth of the world".

He did not even respond to requests for PayPal. Enough said, endpoint.

------------------------------------------

Thank you for your precious help and for your beautiful generosity ; )

Best regards,
Ktl

so, You did contact X-Ray, but you didn't contact ABC Shop, you just ordered it.

As far as I know, you've received everything, except this 1 thing, which is logical, but you know why Marc sometimes has parts on his site which are not available anymore?
Because when they are on the partslist from a manufacturer, he puts it on his site. He can impossible control whether or not a manufacturer can deliver, or can he?....

I also understand that the part we are talking about is just a few €, and you did a official complaint to Paypal for that?....

Yes, I know Him personally, and discussed this matter yesterday with him.
Although he does not exactly know who you are, what he did tell me, and this is exactly what Stefan also said, when an order comes from France....
