Default Pics?

Where are those pics we were promised. Until then, this is all speculation.

I only recently began running 1/8 again, the last time being the 2000/2001 Florida State Series. Last weekend was the first race of the series that I attended, and the only decent motor we had in stock was the KHM EVO5. It worked out well as the track in Naples, Fl is a long, top-end type track. Art Carbonell told me that the KHM was a good motor for mid-range and top-end type tracks, but not that good for tighter tracks. I liked the motor and will save it for return visits to Naples, and maybe Kissimmee, but will be runnig a REX 321P "Mario Tuned" for all the other tracks. By the way, compression on the KHM seems like its going away, after only one gallon of fuel through it. It's not as big deal though, as my fuel sponsor, Maxy Velazco is local and can pinch the sleeve for me to keep it going for a while.

Yes. It has some very nice crankcase work done to it, at least mine does. For a replacement piston and sleeve, you car use the one from the Nova Rossi 2001 WC (the one with the Kangaroo on the head).

Default MTX-4

Hi,

I think that the new Mugen TC will be more an evolution then a revolution.
The MTX 3 is doing really good, and doesn't really needs to be replaced already.
Of course they didn't perform strong at the worlds, but did except Kyosho any other car?

I think that it's prety sure that the MTX 4 will have laydown servo's on both trohtle and steering.
the rest will be quit similiar to the MTX 3 I think.
This is due the fact that the MRX 3 and 4 are also having almost the same design. Only small changes are made to the diff's.

The MTX 3 prospec is still a great car, and will still be very competative this season.

Bye Thomas

The only guy saying the new car will be out this year is Cartman, the guy that started this thread. He also said Kenji would be running it at the worlds. While this doesn't prove anything, nobody was running it at the worlds. Mugen USA continues to say it will be out sometime early next year.
