The old R4 kit selling for in Japanese Yen $60900. New one will sell for $69000. Kyosho start selling it in Japan in July, I think is worth to wait whoever like myself want to pick up this bad boy!

Need advise please! I just pick up R4 kit from Main, inside the kit there's small package with diff case and two look like metal large diff gears, with message on the bag say specialy for rear differential. My questions is, is this a new updated hard differential case with partial metal gears set?

Thanks!

The R4 kit I got it was came with hard diff cases and two large metal gears, is it enough to solve the diff problem? Should i get the small metal gears (VZW424-1) and aluminum diff case cap (VZW412) as well?

Thanks!

I would get the small ones two. My small gears stripped after i put in the
large metal gears.

Last week first small race outing with my R4. Just with initial setup the car have too much steering and too much 'busy' at rear but manageable. I'm happy how it can be much potential and tuneable to more stable and more onpower steering. Preparing for big race next weekend hopefully i can full dail for that big track.
