That's strange, because I got the list above from: http://www.rc-racing.com/cgi-bin/bac...peek:sgrid8,97

Anyway, are there some more pics available?

Thanks and bye, Thomas

Actually, I'm pretty sure he WAS using a LRP engine. That's all I heard when I was there. Announcers said "with an LRP engine" every so often. I don't know for sure, because I never looked at his car, but from what I heard, it was a LRP engine.

That would be great, Tom - if you could supply a picture of where the front wheel arches are cut, that would be superb.

Cheers, Mark.

The equipment usage list came direct from each driver at the race, and was compiled Sunday morning (but for the bump-ups, who we saw later on). Jeff and I walked around and asked each driver what he was using.

More images got posted last night. Another group (including the ones people left responses for, asking to see something) will be posted later on today.

Default Mazda Body Location

Mark - I have it located in the standard position, meaning the front wheel-well is cut out as on the trim line from Protoform.

Tom - I have your front one-way parts and will give them to you in Cincy this weekend fro the MWS race.

Thanks for the answer Brian - did you do anything special to get more steering? e.g. shorten the wheelbase?
Also did you have to cut the Protoform Mazda wing down a bit - normally they are a little higher than the roofline.

Cheers, Mark.

Default Parma Alfa did good too!!

Dont forget about how fast cars running the Parma Alfa were too. I am pretty sure at least Ciccarello, Cyrul, Atomic put this body in the show.

Also-great job to Paul Ciccarello (Chicky03) for making the show solidly!! This was his first summer running gas cars of any kind!!

Seems like this car was going toooo fast and friction of air to body just create to much temperature. Don't go too fast!!!!!!!!!!

Mike said it was the spark from the starter box that lighted up the firework...........not really the 400 degree temperature of the engine......

But still, using 30% fuel to cool down engine head should not be an option....poor R40.

Well, this surely would remind other folks out there not to smoke and pit at the same time.
