Default GTPU 2 Question

Morning, I've having trouble locating any information on a car I have. Its the Ultra GTP 2 .. as i'm sure most figured out by the title of the thread.

I'm trying to find out if the inferno corvette body or the Mclaren fits this? Or any of the inferno bodies. They have a much better collection of bodies to chose from than OFNA does. Pricey as they are ... its always easier to fork out money on something you like. Rather than less money for something your settling for.

I'm not finding alot of info on the web relating to this car, anyone have any sites they would care to share it would muchly be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The Ultra GTP 2 is an Ofna product. Visit Ofna.com, Nitrohouse.com. I would search the on road and large scales threads on rc tech and radio control action site also.
The chassis is the same size as the Ofna DM1 Spec, and Kyosho Inferno GT 1, wheelbase of 325mm.
Ofna offers a sedan body, protoform has the PF8, Kyosho IGT 1 bodies and Delta Plastic (Europe).

So i'm guessing that if the wheel base ... height ... and length is same size the body should fit.

How close would those tolerances need to be before the body wouldnt fit right

I would guess 10mm. The Kyosho Inferno GT 2 Corvette body will not fit the Ultra GT II. The Inferno GT2 chassis has about a 360mm wheel base.
