Brad, car looks good, but you might want to flip the h-arms on the rear body mount.

Default TFT

Congrats to Scotty Barrera for winning the Greater L.A. Toys for Tots race and to Garen for finishing second, unfortuantely I could only manage 5th while suffering from having absolutely zero brakes for the entire main.

All three P81 Pro-s at the event.

Yes, your 5th place finish is horrible, bringing our team average down at this race. ;-)

The Motonica team had an alright weekend, placing all our cars in the A final and finishing 1-2-5. Steve Jackson did well with his Mugen placing 3rd as did Thello in 4th. For Scotty and Brad, this was their first race with their P81's and the results are very good.

Glenn Williams got to drive my P8C 2wd in the sportsman A final and he finished 8th or 7th, not sure. It was good to see him behind the wheel and not just the mic.

Thanks to all of the racers that attended, except for a little slip in turn marshalling, you guys did a great job and made the event easy to run, we had 93 entries under summer like weather conditions, temps in the mid to upper 80s, and over 200 toys donated to TFT. Chief Hill also suprised us with a certificate of recognition of service from the city of Los Angeles.

Thanks to the sponsors YB Slow, Airtronics, GQ Tyres, FG Supply, Powermaster Fuels.

Thanks to Rich Taylor for welding the drivers stand railing on Friday and Bill Culver for keeping race control fed and hydrated all weekend. And to our lovely trophy girl, Rochelle for her work all weekend.

I will post results in a bit, Look forward to the next club race in Feb. followed by the KO Propo GP at the end of Feb. Happy holidays to all the racers, stay safe and enjoy Christmas. Happy New Year, and holiday greetings to you all.

Just like to thank the greater LA club for putting on a great event. With 94 entries this was fun race to participate in. Thanks also to Garen Hogobian for the help with the new car as it was very fast and strong and the team had great results to show. To bad we couldn't do the 1-2-3 sweep but Brad drove awesome without brakes to finish in 5th place. Can't wait to make another GLA race.
