amain is the only place I could find 'some" bits.

I purchased my car from funs hobby, the only place I could find stock but no parts.

Ebay has a few items, I bought a gt shell from Italy, not a great experience but it did arrive.

so glad you mentioned funshobby...found them but they seemed dodgy to say the least lol . they did however email me back so now with your post and that i feel more comfortable. still only pondering though. Did you use their free shipping or did you UPS/Fed3x it at some craxy price? do they offer full tracking with their free shipping? it is alot of money for me to just hope it gets here eventually lol. id like to get one but only for casual fun. Im just going back to what i enjoyed before i started racing at a serious level...i enjoy rc and tinckering, so my intention is to get this sexy thing and build it up from scratch...it can be a shelf queen untill i get ALL the kit i want for it and then ill just go to the tracks on weekends for some fun lapping...nothing but the clock and myself to beat...no politics lol. it was that or getting back into flying heli's again..but im just a motorsports fanatic at heart and although hel's are serious fun...there is something about a piece of engineering likemthis car that makes me all warm inside when i see it go haha. i race..well raced 1/8 buggy at a very competitive level and some sh&t happened during the past few races that left such a bitter taste in my mouth im over that class for a looooong time...and racing at that level too.

I did use their free shipping, I was in no hurry. It wasn't a seamless transaction, there were issues but I assume it was shipping related. Communication was terrific so I would order from them again (I had ordered several motors from them prior so it wasn't my first order with them).
