hi im new here. i just recently bought a rc500 from a guy off craigslist.

seems to be fairly complete, but ill need a few replacment parts.
does any one have any pictures or a rwd rc500? stock or modified ones?
mine looks like its stock. and does any one know what year it was made , and what would be a period correct replacemnt body?
also what foam tires would i use for replacement tires on the rear?

The radio plate (and chassis ) material is epoxy micarta gade G-10 - any large industrial plastics supplier should be able to help - note: different manufacturers have slightly different colors so if you're in restoration mode you might have to search a little for color match.

laid wax paper down and saturated a few layers of cloth/resin with more wax paper on top and clamped them together with 1X boards on the top and bottom and let it cure.............
