Don't get me wrong I don't run excessive RH. I was just making the point that the game follows real set-up theory. I normally run 5.5mm front and 6.5mm rear. I've found that the shock oil thickness is way out there. but it does wonders if you need a little more on power steering. But I could never let VRC take the place of the real thing no matter how realistic the game is.

How does the "feel" compare to running an actual nitro car. Especially with concern to brakes, acceleration, and traction. Is it comparable to real thing or more like most other video games on the market and seem kind of out of spec to actual racing.

Thanks
Jamie
Jamie,

The "Fort" track on VRC is almost like being there, except your car is super human.

I got an invite to beta test the new VRC pro software. Not sure If I'll get picked. Would be nice if they would release the minimum PC requirements.

Of the 50-100 they pick they only sent 250 invites which is not bad odds. I'm afraid my PC won't meet minimum requirements. Time will tell.

I don't have all the tracks. But I've been a member since 2004 or 2005
I'm also ranked 19th in the US in Touring car.

Good stuff Brad! Those kinds of races, where do you do them? Under Events or Daily Races?

i ended up buying one of the packs, then it lets you pick tracks you want to keep.

but there are times where they have events that let you download tracks for free, so you can practice then compete.

ive got one last piece of school work to do today, and if i finish it i might get vrc and start racing again, only problem is its going to destroy my wrist, as playing 3 or more hrs takes it toll.

really hate the 45 minute races.
