For a 1000KM try your local car yard

i think if you're only doing straight line runs you want a drag motor. There's many companies that produce modded Nitro motors for drag competition. It depends on what you are willing to spend on it. They can go upwards of $800.

Do remember that drag motors are not fuel efficient at all. They will run out of fuel fast and also are not made for sustained high rpm usage. They are meant for short runs.

Default help

You are asking for help with with a car that it sounds like you already have, when if fact there are other chassis that are quicker than the M3 if you are just using it for drag racing.
You can spend as much money as you want on an engine.
Novarossi has engines upwards of $1,100.00 if you want to spend that much, or you can take a Novarossi Flash and have it modified.
Not sure on what your intentions are for the car, what you expect it to do, or what is your budget<if there is one>
You should clarify what you intend to do with the car, actually race the car on a track like the M3 is intended for, or drag race with it
