Default the most economical racing category?

hi guys,i was thinking to take some thoughts about the most economical racing category.
does the 1/12 electric is the most economical?we must put in mind everything someone need to put a kit rtr and the cost of use it(tires-batteries or fuel bearings for the engines, pipes, plugs.electric motors, speed control etc)also the accessories that will need for it.
i think that the most economical category is the 1/12 electric.very fast too.

what do you think guys?

except that buddy.
i want to write people with experience in many racing scales.
with result a good quid for someone that want to start racing.
with that economical crisis that there is will be good if new people in this hobby can start with less money.
i don't think that there is only 2 ways.spent 1200 for a rtr kit or don't racing
