Can anyone tell me how to adjust the hpi Rs4 evo clutch... I need to adjust it to switch into second later... It switchs now in about 8 feet... Thanks

That is no clutch adjustment...

The aluminium adapter for the 2nd spurgear (the smaller plastic gear) has an hole, when turning the wheels you will see 2 screwholes passing by, one straight on the shaft and one under an angle. That latest one is the screw adjustng the shifting point. Turn it 90 degrees clockwise and it will shift later, try to get the right point.

Thanks man,, do I need to warm the clutch up first or just go ahead and adjust???

warm up your engine, tune it and then adjust it.
