Default DM1S Recommended Engine

Hi all, just brought me a DM1 Spec RTR and was thinking of getting a better engine for it. What would you all recommend. Dont want to spend too much and if possiable something with a pull start. I was looking at a LRP Z .28R, will this be much faster than the stock Ofna Force .28?

Cheers

the LRP is a power house indeed, has alot of torque as well but the Force will haula$$ and fuel time is pretty good compare to the LRP .....i went with a Go.21 engine but alot of the guys like O.S. 21VG for the spec class and their lap time were quicker than open class..it really all depends on if you racing or speed pass bashing

Wana get into racing so might go with the GO GX 7R / pipe combo and use the force for bashing. Looking at getting the DM1 Carbon Fibre Kit from maxvelocityracing dot com. You guys reckon its worth while? I also got the Spektrum DX3E as had problems in the past with RTR radios. What are the OFNA servos like, they any good or should I replace them.

if you run the GO engine you have to race open class....good idea to upgrade the servos ...max velocity is great products so is SNC Graphite (you can locate him on the DM-1 & GT thread)...i try the stand up shock tower but went back to the stock laydown tower (lap times were better) my option that fit my driving
