Thumbs up STRONGEST NON-LIPO BATTERY FOR MUGEN MRX4-X

Hello everyone,
was looking to get a 6V batter pack for the receiver area of a Mugen MRX4-X... If you have any suggestions with links I would greatly appreciate it! Not looking to run lipo's ... Thank you in advance!

So you're not looking for a LiPo but have you considered using a LiFe? It's 6.6V but you don't need to use a regulator like LiPo, and I think they might even be lighter in weight.

I am running VTEC 1600 NiMh cell already for 2 years with the same pack. They do provide enough and stable power and for sure enough driving time.

I believe Orion has now 1900 NiMh packs if capacity is an issue.

Want to use LiFe battery ?

IP 1450Mah LiFe. Thick power cables, light weight, and very low drop voltage when you store the battery ( or dont use the battery ) for long time.
