Default "Sirio" engines

Just looked at this months"RC Car Racer" here in the UK and there's a picture of a "Sirio" rear-exhaust .12 engine. Looks very Nova-like with a similar case-design. It's got a black cooling head and what looks like a composite carb. It has an aluminium fuel nipple and sg style crank. Is this old news to you guys in the US or is it a new release? Please don't tell me it's yet another re-badged Nova or Picco...!

There's also a picture of a fully-polished inline exhaust. Again, looks very Nova like.

What about "Rossi" engine.. Are they the same brand?
