As nitrodude pointed out, XRAY has an excellent setup book for their NT1 car. Download the book here:

and read through it. It should answer most of your questions as most information applies to 1/8th scale cars as well.

My main problem is that I am losing rear traction and chunking my rear tyres. Can some one help me with this.
