Default Measurement of Body Height

Hey guys, I am wondering whats the procedure for measuring a 1/10th Sedan Body Height.

Should the tire diameter affect this height? Should ride height affect this height? Or will the car need to be placed in some sort of blocks (like for Downstop settings).

The hudy's tool says the minimum height is 120mm. Is that the height for all ROAR/IFMAR races?

If I use such tool:

Whats the procedure to do so? With/without shocks? With/without tires? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The ROAR rule is from the chassis with car sitting on blocks so ride height and tire size don't affect it.

Thanks for the clearup wingracer.

So, to use the hudy body tool, i can just remove the tires/shocks in order for the chassis to hit the setup board?

No. I don't remember for certain, but I believe the blocks are 20mm tall.

ROAR Rule book says the minimum height is 130mm with 20mm blocks under the chassis.

And the height in the hudy tool is 120mm, so how do i use it?

10mm blocks under the chassis.
I always use the Hudy downstop blocks, they are exactly 10mm.

The Hudy bodyheight tool has also been designed to use with the downstop blocks.

Little off the topic;

Does the Xceed/SRC Cruzer pass the width rule? I have just cut the wheel wells of mine and it seems that side bumpers are bent to outside at rear.

ROAR specifies min. body height of 130mm with car resting on 20mm blocks
IFMAR specifies min. body height of 120mm on 10mm blocks. In the end, same height spec with different measurement spec.
