Completely forgot about this thread till I tried to sign up here again. I doubt any of you care any more, but the project was a failure. I could never make a turbine that spooled how I wanted it that was also durable enough to use in the heat of exhaust. I sold the CNC a couple months ago and chucked everything in the trash. It most likely would have worked If I had access to machines that would have allowed me to cut titanium, but I doubt I'm ever going to find out.

also, after all was said and done (housing,fittings, tubing, oil system, etc), the setup added almost as much weight as a second engine, pretty much killing any reason to develop it further.

So Bishop was right all along At least you have got the balls to come back & say it was wrong. So got any pics yet
