Question...what's the difference between a conical and non-conical header??

Conical manifold is conical, standard is not.

Sorry, stupid answer too

Conical means the the manifold gets larger in inside diameter as it goes towards the pipe. Standard is the same diameter all the way down.

Conical tends to make a bit more power. Standard is a bit better on fuel.
