Default serpent/mugen centax question

i was looking through my serpent 950r and mugen mrx4x manuals and was looking at the centrifigal clutch shoe assembly sections(for both cars) and it shows on the serpent to mount them leading and for the mugen to mount them trailing(im speaking about the 3 peices that sit inside the flywheel pins).
why is this??

no one knows???
im speaking about the 3 little shoes that sit on the pins in the flywheel,
one manual states for them to be installed clockwise and the other manual states to mount them counterclockwise(or leading/trailing).
sorry for the lousy drawing but i think you get the idea.

When the pin is pushing the flyweight the clutch will be more agressive and in combination with a large gap a very high engage point is possible.

When the pin is pulling the flyweight you will have a more smoother (more slip control) clutch but higher engage points is more difficult to get.

I always mount them pushed py the pins.
