Default Car wont stop... please help

Hey guys Im new to the RC car scene and Im having some trouble with my car. I had it working fine a few weeks ago and then my cousin pulled the pull start out.. so I took it apart and wound it back, and put everything together, and now the car doesnt "go into neutral" ??? Im not sure if it was the pull start that caused it or what.. but now I cant get the car to stop for anything. I thought it may be the clutch. Im not sure... Im good with the full scale, but this is mind-boggling.
