Default Best engine for my tc3 for next year?

Hey guys...I just got the chance to watch the nation 1/10 scale national races and i was very impressed by how fast the cars were compaired to mine. I have an os 15 cv-r motor in my car and it just doesnt seem to come close to the speed that these national guys are running. So for next year i wanna get my car up to as close to the speed those guys are running as possible. What would be a good motor to put in my car. I wanna stay with the .12 motors so i can race in the big races around here legally but what is probably the motor that will push me in front of all these guys? It's not all about smooth driving...

Ummmmm...yes it is. Well, that and deep pockets. If you're not prepared to fork out $400 + for a motor...then driving skills (and alot of luck) is your only hope of reaching that level.

You may want to upgrade your car to a Mugen or Serpent.

Ya, i think i'm gonna buy Mugen next year and keep the tc3 as a back up. And a friend of mine and i were looking at the red dot engines thinking that might put us up to the speed we need.
