Which Servos for Serp. 710?
Thinking about getting back into racing...prolly going to get a serpent 710 and rb or nova engine. Its been awhile so I am trying to remeber a few good setups for this car. I will prolly try and JR xr3 radio, and plan to get futaba servos..can anyone recommend which servos are good for steering and also some throttle ones..want to spend between 50-100$

I just tried the Futaba 9550 low profile servo on my HPI R40...works great on steering(less weight,also..something the 710 doesn't need help with ).....
In order to save more weight,I also tried the Futaba 3010 on throttle.....its only 25 bucks, but it has a 16 transit time,PLUS 90 oz's of tourque.......great for throttle linkages with return springs..and really yanks on the brakes...has a top ball bearing also......and its NON digital,so it eats less battery juice...
I had HITEC digital 9525's in the car before these, and didn't notice a difference....
This will be the combo I use from now on......

I would recommend KO Propo Servos.
Both Digital and Analog work great. If you choose to
go digital, get the new 2344 (torque) or 2343 (speed) models.
I personally use high torque for both steering and throttle
but you may choose to go high speed for steering and
high torque for throttle.
