Default Design of curbs.

Hi. We have got new tarmark on our track here in oslo. I now we stand in front of making new curbs. There are a lot of different opinions on how the design should be on these. High / low / flat.... I have looked around the web to se, if i could find some rules or guidelines for the design of a curb on a race track. But couldnt find anything around this subject. Is there some rules or guidelines for designing curbs on a racetrack ?
