you put three different piston/sleeves into it? Were they pistons/sleeves from another TC3 engine?

HAve you checked your glow plug? How about your ignighter?

hey jakers thanks mate for the input & sorry if my info is a little shabby up till now.

soooo,ok the engine is a pro 15,NO NAME anywhere that i can see other than on one side under exhaust manifold digits "15" engraved, other opposite side "22" engraved in the lower casing/bottom end.

carb, tank, exhaust all good on inspection,i have built loads of nitros down through the years before racing largescales, now im getting back in to my nitros again.

i have never encountered any problems untill now.

everything seems to be ok,i tried 3 differnt liners and pistons of the same capacity and none will make the beast run.

needle settings.

low: flush with top casing which houses the screw itself
high: 2 turns out from shut.

glow system perfect, new plug & plenty of ignition.

fuel is tornado 25percent,works a treat in my hyper 7

this is addling my mind!!!!!!!!!

thanks folks huge amounts....

try extremes....try turning the low end screw in a half a turn. Then return it and let the high end needle out 3 turns. The engine runs, just won't draw fuel which usually indicates a vacuum problem. Is the piston and sleeve in the correct orientation? Are the needles clogged in the carb?..Is there a hole in the gas tank?...do you have the exhaust tubing running to the tank?..
