Default darn screws won't budge

I took my engine apart so, I could give it a good cleaning, but the carberator doesn't want to come off. The screws won't budge, but I haven't completely stripped them yet. What can I do to get them loose? I have an HPI RS4.

Doesn't it have a nut on the other side that can be loosened?
